The exhibition of pop-up banners was produced in 2018 by Dr Sheila Sweetinburgh for Eastbridge, the images provided by Cressida Williams, the manager of Canterbury Cathedral Archives and one of the Eastbridge trustees.
The banners were designed to show how it developed from about 1180 to the present day and will again be on display when Eastbridge re-opens in 2025 as a heritage centre. The virtual exhibition here comprises these banners detailing the hospital’s long history.
