Established in 2014, The Centre for Kent History and Heritage (CKHH) is a centre of research excellence in regional historical and cultural studies with a track-record of successful external funding bids and publications.
The Ian Coulson Memorial Postgraduate Award has been set up to offer financial help to postgraduate students who wish to study a Kent history, archaeology and/or heritage topic for a higher degree at Canterbury Christ Church University. Students can apply for funding and anyone can donate to the fund.
Canterbury Christ Church University offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate opportunities to study aspects of Kent’s rich history and heritage. We have a flourishing community of postgraduate researchers completing M level research and doctoral projects, and new taught MA courses in Heritage and Archaeology.
