This Applied Humanities undergraduate project, in 2021, to produce pop-up banners on the different aspects of parish life and worship during the Middle Ages was undertaken by Beth Woljung, a 2nd year undergraduate. A research and publications grant from the Canterbury Historical and Archaeological Society covered the cost of printing 6 of the 7 banners.

A subsequent project, as part of the MEMS MA programme, was undertaken by Miranda Owens to research a further 3 topics and these banners are now part of the exhibition at the church. This virtual exhibition showcases all the banners, providing a history of the development of this church and its links to Becket and medieval pilgrimage.
